据波动新闻<\/a>报道，泰达控股有限公司曾经将由中国公司发行的证券列为支持其USDT稳定币的储备资产之一。<\/p>

根据波动新闻从纽约州检察长办公室获取的文件显示，泰达曾持有中国国有企业发行的证券，包括中国工商银行、中国建设银行和中国农业银行。<\/p>

这一发现是继2021年10月波动新闻的调查发现<\/a>泰达的储备中包括了向中国企业的数十亿美元贷款之后。<\/p>

当时，泰达否认对陷入危机的房地产开发商中国恒大集团的债务有任何敞口，但对于其是否持有其他中国公司或发行者的证券并未置评。<\/p>

根据 CoinMarketCap<\/u><\/a>的数据，USDT是市值最大的稳定币，监管机构对其背后具体支持资产的问题提出了质疑。<\/p>

纽约州检察长莱蒂西亚·詹姆斯（Letitia James）在2021年与泰达达成和解后指控<\/a>泰达并非始终完全备付。<\/p>

詹姆斯在2021年表示：“泰达声称其虚拟货币始终由美元全额支持，这是一个谎言。这些公司掩盖了投资者面临的真实风险，并由未获得许可和监管的个人和实体在金融体系最黑暗的角落运营。”<\/p>

波动在周五的博客文章中对其储备由中国证券支持的消息做出了回应。<\/p>
