根据最近的法庭文件<\/a>，美国证券交易委员会可能需要数月时间来决定是否回应加密货币交易所Coinbase的规则制定申请。<\/p>

在回应Coinbase要求该机构撰写关于证券法如何适用于加密货币的规则的法庭文件中，SEC似乎并不急于实施加密货币的规则制定。<\/p>

上个月，Coinbase请求法院<\/a>发布一份”命令状”，要求SEC在七天内回应其规则制定申请。<\/p>

“Coinbase对于要求法院发布一份命令状，以迫使委员会在七天内对Coinbase广泛的规则制定申请采取行动的请求是毫无依据的”，SEC在周二的文件中表示。<\/p>

然后，SEC表示预计将在接下来的四个月内向委员会提出建议。<\/p>

针对Coinbase的执法行动<\/h2><\/span>

就在不久前，SEC对Coinbase提起了诉讼<\/a>，指责其未注册为交易所、经纪人或清算机构。而SEC对该交易所的规则制定申请的回应仅在几天之后。<\/p>

SEC在周二的法庭文件中提及了这起诉讼，并指出该诉讼并不表示“委员会已经决定否定Coinbase的规则制定申请”。<\/p>

“无论委员会是否决定进行Coinbase所寻求的规则制定，这是委员会尚未作出的决定，Coinbase和其他人一样，都受现行法律的约束，”SEC表示。<\/p>

Coinbase的首席法务官保罗·格雷瓦尔（Paul Grewal）在Twitter上批评了SEC的回应，指责该机构忽视了SEC主席的声明。<\/p>

“他们忽视了主席明确表示他们无意发布新规则的声明，并将这些声明提供的证据与声明本身构成一个决定的论点混为一谈，”格雷瓦尔说道。<\/p>
