美国证券交易委员会（SEC）正在寻找其他方式向币安及其首席执行官赵长鹏（CZ）送达法律文件，因为他们的位置常常难以追踪。<\/p>

根据彭博社<\/a>的报道，SEC在周四向哥伦比亚特区地方法院提交的法律文件中指出，币安和其高管都不以公开“总部或住所的前提”而闻名，并将它们标记为“非典型的外国实体和个人”。<\/p>

因此，SEC寻求通过将文件副本发送给代表双方的律师来采取“替代手段”向赵长鹏<\/a>和币安发出法律文件。<\/p>

文件还补充道：“赵长鹏一向以保护个人行踪而著称。”<\/p>

赵长鹏经常吹嘘币安不在特定司法管辖区设立总部，这正是其具有韧性的原因。<\/p>
