美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的一份新文件显示，币安通过Signature Bank和Silvergate Bank转移了数十亿美元的客户资金，这两家美国的加密友好公司在三月份宣告失败。<\/p>

SEC的会计师Sachin Verma在周三的文件<\/a>中表示，由币安首席执行官赵长鹏（CZ）控制的实体在这两家银行拥有众多账户。其中一个实体是Merit Peak Limited，SEC指控该公司在周一曾将来自币安和币安美国的数十亿美元客户资金“混合”在一起。<\/p>

“在2019年至2021年期间，Merit Peak账户收到了220亿美元，其中包括大约110亿美元来自Key Vision，72亿美元来自其他币安实体，以及12亿美元来自BAM Trading [币安美国]，”Verma在关于这家英属维尔京群岛公司在Silvergate的账户的描述中写道。其中大部分资金（216亿美元）支付给了Paxos Trust Company，这是发行币安的BUSD稳定币的机构。<\/p>

币安对此予以反驳，声称并没有混合任何“客户资金”或“美元存款”，因为所谓的混合只涉及将美元转换为客户账户中的BUSD代币。<\/p>

会计师还追踪到从币安相关实体转移给赵长鹏拥有的区块链研发公司“Sigma Chain”的4.94亿美元。<\/p>

这些资金最终被转移回了许多其他与币安有关的实体，其中包括3200万美元转给赵长鹏的合作伙伴、中国国籍<\/a>的陈广英（Guangying Chen）。<\/p>

文件还显示，陈广英是赵长鹏拥有的许多其他境外公司的指定签字人，其中许多公司的名称中都含有“币安”。<\/p>

其中一个公司账户是Bitfinity UAB（也称为Binance UAB），通过一系列2020年至2022年间的币安账户转移，向一个由陈广英控制的公司账户转移了4700万美元。<\/p>

据《纽约时报》<\/a>报道，币安的一位发言人否认了文件中报道的交易涉及任何客户资金的说法。<\/p>
