周一，币安控股有限公司及其美国关联公司被SEC指控从事一系列不同的行为，包括涉嫌未注册交易所运营和提供未注册证券。<\/p>

SEC执法总监古尔比尔·格雷瓦尔（Gurbir S. Grewal）在声明中表示：“通过从事多次未注册发行，并未注册的同时将交易所、经纪人、经销商和结算机构的功能结合起来，赵长鹏控制下的币安平台对投资者施加了过高的风险和利益冲突。币安平台缺乏透明度，依赖关联交易，并在控制操纵性交易方面撒谎，进一步加剧了这些风险和利益冲突。”<\/p>
