据PANews<\/u><\/a>报道，一支与离岸人民币1:1挂钩的稳定币CNHC的发行方CNHC Group （现更名为Trust Reserve，下称Trust Reserve）团队于5月29日在中国被警方拘留。<\/p>

该新闻媒体报道称，该团队“已被警方带走并被拘留，一些员工的家属已收到通知。”<\/p>

据PANews报道，上海的办公室已空无一人，门上贴有“司法扣押，严禁破坏”的封条。<\/p>

据该网站介绍，Trust Reserve的产品包括稳定币CNHC和港元稳定币HKDC。<\/p>

HKDC是与港元挂钩的稳定币，以一比一的比例进行支持，而CNHC是与离岸人民币挂钩的稳定币，也以一比一的比例进行支持。<\/p>

据该科技公司的网站<\/a>显示，Trust Reserve还完成了一轮1000万美元的A+融资，由KuCoin Ventures领投，Circle和IDG Capital紧随其后。<\/p>

中国对加密货币的立场<\/h2><\/span>

自2021年以来，中国已经禁止加密货币挖矿、交易以及最终的加密货币交易。<\/p>

据2022年10月的数据显示，中国已经推出了自己的央行数字货币，迄今已处理了<\/a>超过140亿美元的交易。<\/p>

与此同时，根据先前cryptonews.com的报道，香港在今年2月<\/a>提出计划，允许零售投资者在持牌交易所上交易特定数字货币。<\/p>

香港证券及期货事务监察委员会表示，只要建立了知识测试、风险配置和合理的风险限制等保障措施，零售投资者将被允许在持牌交易所上交易某些“大型代币”。<\/p>

自2018年首次禁止零售投资者交易加密货币以来，香港一直在努力成为一个加密货币中心。<\/p>
