中国中央电视台在本周二播出了一段关于虚拟资产的节目，引起了全球的关注。<\/p>

这段约一分钟的节目<\/a>涵盖了比特币、非同质化代币等内容，标题为《香港证券监察委员会：从6月1日起实施虚拟资产交易平台的强制许可制度》。<\/p>

香港金融监管机构证券期货事务监察委员会在周二结束了对监管虚拟资产交易平台的咨询<\/a>，该咨询将于6月1日生效。<\/p>

根据一份声明，指南包括资产安全保管、客户资产隔离和网络安全标准等多项规定。<\/p>

香港证监会还指出，“目前尚未批准任何虚拟资产交易平台为零售投资者提供服务，目前公众可接触的大部分虚拟资产交易平台都未受证监会监管。”<\/p>

香港证监会首席执行官梁锦松在一份新闻稿<\/a>中表示：“香港全面的虚拟资产监管框架遵循‘同样的业务、同样的风险、同样的规则’原则，旨在为投资者提供强有力的保护，并管理关键风险。这将使行业能够可持续发展并支持创新。”<\/p>
