此举将是中国人民银行（PBoC）及其数位人民币代币的重大突破。<\/strong><\/p>

据<\/strong>深圳证券时报<\/strong><\/a>报导，中国东部江苏省常熟市希望从下个月开始使用该国的央行数位货币 (CBDC) 来支付“公职人员和国有企业员工”的“全部薪资”。<\/strong><\/p>

常熟是苏州附近的一个卫星城市，苏州是一个更大的城市聚居地，拥有约 1100 万居民。<\/strong><\/p>

常熟约有150万人居住，预计如果该市一切按计划进行，其他地区的试点计划也会仿效。<\/strong><\/p>

该市的市政府还宣布，不仅公务员将获得数字人民币的薪资，所有“在公立医院等国营机构工作的人员”也将获得数位人民币的薪资。<\/strong><\/p>

数位人民币已被整个快速发展的试验区之数千家商店和网点接受为支付的工具。<\/strong><\/p>

它还被广泛用作交通网路以及全国收费站的支付选项。<\/strong><\/p>

值得注意的是，数位人民币也可以在大多数主要线上商店来使用，包括腾讯和微信生态系统、京东（中国版的亚马逊）和阿里巴巴相关公司。<\/strong><\/p>

CBDC 的采用：在中国境内的快速崛起？<\/strong><\/h2><\/span>

到目前为止，公共部门的工作人员是第一批获得新的央行数位货币 (CBDC) 使用案例实践经验的人。<\/strong><\/p>

在试点计划的早期阶段，部分城市的公共部门工作人员被要求使用该代币来支付公共交通费用。<\/strong><\/p>

这首先出现在公共汽车上，但后来扩展到覆盖整个城市范围的地铁网路。<\/strong><\/p>

苏州经常发现自己处于发展的中心。<\/strong><\/p>

2020 年 5 月，苏州市相城区宣布将开始用数位人民币来支付“部分”员工的每月薪资。<\/strong><\/p>

但常熟的实验将标志着中国公共部门工作人员首次获得 100% 的中国人民银行数位代币的薪资。<\/strong><\/p>
