OTC \u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\uff0c\u5e76\u5217\u51fa\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4fe1\u8a89\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\u3002<\/strong><\/p><h2><strong>\u8c01\u662f\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u573a\u5916\u4ea4\u6613 (OTC) \u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p><strong>\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u573a\u5916\u4ea4\u6613 (OTC\/ over-the-counter) \u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u548c\u79c1\u5bc6\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4ea4\u6613\u5bf9\u624b\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5927\u989d\u5ea6\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u3002<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u8d2d\u4e70\u5927\u91cf\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u5728\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u8fdb\u884c\u5e38\u89c4\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u4f4e\u4e14\u5b58\u5728\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0b\u6ed1\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u901a\u8fc7\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u8d2d\u4e70\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0d\u9002\u5408\u5927\u6279\u91cf\u8d2d\u4e70\u3002<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u573a\u5916\u4ea4\u6613\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\u4e3a\u9ad8\u51c0\u503c\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u4ea4\u6613\u5458\u548c\u673a\u6784\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u72ec\u7acb\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u6e20\u9053\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u6700\u597d\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u4e70\u5356\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01 (BTC)\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\u4fdd\u62a4\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u514d\u53d7\u7531\u4e8e\u4ef7\u683c\u6ed1\u52a8\u800c\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6267\u884c\u4ef7\u683c\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u573a\u5916\u4ea4\u6613\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\u5229\u7528\u4ea4\u6613\u5bf9\u624b \u7684\u573a\u5916\u4ea4\u6613 (OTC) \u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u53ef\u8ba9\u60a8\u8d2d\u4e70\u4ef7\u503c\u8d85\u8fc7 10,000 \u7f8e\u5143\u6216\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01 (BTC) \u6216\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u3002\u8fd9\u5bb6\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u670d\u52a1\u5546\u7531\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4e13\u5bb6\u56e2\u961f\u4e8e 2018 \u5e74\u521b\u7acb\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u6bd4\u7279\u5e01\u7231\u597d\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e2a\u4eba\u5316\u7684 OTC \u4ea4\u6613\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u8981\u5f00\u59cb\u4f7f\u7528 Bitcoin Reserve \u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u6ce8\u518c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e10\u6237\u3002\u6ce8\u518c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2a\u4eba\u5e10\u6237\u9876\u591a\u9700\u8981 5 \u5206\u949f\u3002\u800c\u6ce8\u518c\u4e00\u4e2a\u516c\u53f8\u5e10\u6237\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u9876\u591a\u9700\u8981 48 \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u573a\u5916\u4ea4\u6613\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\uff0c\u5b83\u65e8\u5728\u900f\u8fc7\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u8d44\u4ea7\u6765\u4e3a\u673a\u6784\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u53d6\u5f97\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u7684\u9014\u5f84\u3002\u8be5\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e \u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01 OTC \u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u4e9b\u8be6\u7ec6\u8d44\u8baf\u3002\u6b64\u8d44\u8baf\u5305\u62ec\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8be6\u7ec6\u8baf\u606f\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u79f0\u548c\u60a8\u5bfb\u6c42\u4e4b\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u3002\u63d0\u4ea4\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8be6\u7ec6\u8baf\u606f\u540e\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u6536\u5230\u4e00\u4efd\u65b0\u624b\u4e0a\u8def\u7684\u5165\u95e8\u5305\u3002\u8be5\u5165\u95e8\u5305\u5c06\u4f1a\u6982\u8ff0\u5b8c\u6210\u7533\u8bf7\u6240\u9700\u7684\u76f8\u5173
