香港金融管理局（金管局）前总裁陈德霖在接受21世纪经济报导的一个采访时做了以上的表示。他说，像比特币 (BTC) 这样的加密资产永远不会成为“货币”，因为它们“没有内在价值，而且价格的波动太大。”<\/strong><\/p>
