总部位于美国的主要加密货币交易所 Coinbase 已被荷兰中央银行 (DNB) 罚款 330 万欧元（合 360 万美元），原因是未能在该司法管辖区开展业务之前获得所需的注册。<\/strong><\/p>

在周四的新闻稿中，DNB 详细说明希望在荷兰营运的数位资产服务供应商必须根据荷兰反洗钱和反恐怖主义融资法案 (Wwft) 向该国中央银行注册。<\/strong><\/p>

DNB 表示，Coinbase 在 2020 年 11 月 15 日到至少 2022 年 8 月 24 日的期间未能遵守该法律，并补充说，它已对该交易所处以 332.5 万欧元（约合 360 万美元）的行政罚款。<\/strong><\/p>

Coinbase 的违规行为将受到第 3 类罚款的处罚，罚款金额从最低 0 欧元到最高 400 万欧元不等。荷兰中央银行表示，其在增加罚款的同时，也考虑到了 Coinbase 是全球最大的加密货币服务供应商之一等因素。<\/strong><\/p>
