Tanto a grande exchange de criptomoedas FTX<\/strong> quanto o credor de criptomoedas Ledn<\/strong> teriam se juntado à corrida por uma participação no problemático emprestador de criptomoedas BlockFi.<\/p>

Bloomberg e CNBC informaram sobre as negociações em andamento entre BlockFi e FTX. De acordo com fontes não reveladas da CNBC, a FTX está perto de finalizar um termo de compromisso para comprar a BlockFi por US$ 25 milhões e um acordo deve ser assinado até o final desta semana. Em março, o credor foi avaliado em US$ 3 bilhões.<\/p>

No entanto, Zac Prince, CEO da BlockFi, disse que “não estão sendo vendidos por US$ 25 milhões”.<\/p>

Enquanto isso, de acordo com fontes não divulgadas da Bloomberg, Ledn lideraria uma rodada de financiamento de até US$ 400 milhões e forneceria uma contribuição de capital de US$ 50 milhões que daria a Ledn uma “parcela significativa da empresa”. Outros investidores incluiriam a ParaFi Capital, de acordo com o relatório.<\/p>

O CEO da Ledn, Adam Reeds, confirmou à Bloomberg que a empresa “está atualmente avaliando várias oportunidades para ampliar sua liderança em empréstimos de ativos digitais e além”, mas se recusou a comentar mais. Outras empresas envolvidas se recusaram a comentar o assunto.<\/p>
