A principal plataforma de tokens não-fungíveis (NFTs<\/a>) OpenSea <\/strong>está sob ataque, com o hacker extraindo centenas de ethereum (ETH).<\/p>

A empresa de segurança e análise de dados PeckShield disse hoje que o OpenSea parece estar enfrentando “um problema de front-end”, enquanto o explorador obteve cerca de 332 ETH (US$ 754.885).<\/p>

No momento da escrita (11:18 UTC), o endereço compartilhado, por Etherscan, possui 347 ETH (US$ 788.991). Ele mostra 8 transações, todas concluídas em quatro horas.<\/p>

O frontend refere-se a todos os aspectos de um software, site, plataformas etc, com os quais o usuário interage. Um invasor pode procurar identificar vetores de ataque lá, procurando subsistemas com vulnerabilidades.<\/p>

Enquanto isso, os comentaristas estão discordando sobre o que pode estar por trás dessas transações, com alguns também oferecendo opções como “vendedor fatfinger” ou usuários que não cancelaram adequadamente suas ofertas.<\/p>

Alguns relatórios, publicados cerca de uma hora antes pelo PeckShield, alegaram que uma exploração está permitindo que o invasor compre NFTs por preços de listagem antigos, possivelmente abaixo do preço mínimo.<\/p>

Enquanto isso, há dois dias, a OpenSea anunciou um novo recurso que alerta os usuários se eles configurarem uma lista “muito abaixo” do preço mínimo (o preço mais baixo para itens de coleção).<\/p>
