Os tokens n\u00e3o fung\u00edveis (NFTs) est\u00e3o cada vez mais sendo usados \u200b\u200bcomo garantia de empr\u00e9stimos. Recentemente, possivelmente o maior empr\u00e9stimo desse tipo foi emitido por US$ 1,4 milh\u00e3o usando a plataforma de criptomoedas NFTfi<\/strong>, com o Autoglyph 488<\/i> NFT como garantia.<\/p>

Os aut\u00f3glifos<\/i> s\u00e3o uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o de arte generativa \u201cem cadeia\u201d composta de 512 ativos no Ethereum (ETH) blockchain. A cole\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 criada pela Larva<\/strong> Labs<\/strong>, conhecida em todo o mundo por seus avatares digitais pixelados chamados de CryptoPunks<\/i>.<\/p>

Usar NFTs como garantia funciona como todas as outras formas de empr\u00e9stimo garantido, apenas com uma taxa de juros um pouco mais alta. Por exemplo, as taxas anuais de empr\u00e9stimos contra os punks<\/i>, que s\u00e3o indiscutivelmente os NFTs mais valiosos, est\u00e3o geralmente entre 15% e 20%. <\/p>

No caso do empr\u00e9stimo garantido pelo Autoglyph 488<\/i>, ele tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 30 dias a uma taxa percentual anual (APR) de 9,69%. Semelhante a outros empr\u00e9stimos garantidos, a NFT ser\u00e1 entregue ao credor se o devedor entrar em default. <\/p>

O Autoglyph 488<\/i> n\u00e3o foi negociado nos mercados secund\u00e1rios, o que significa que os participantes do mercado n\u00e3o encontraram a oportunidade de avaliar seu valor. No entanto, o pre\u00e7o m\u00ednimo atual, ou o pre\u00e7o mais baixo para itens de cole\u00e7\u00e3o, para um Autoglyph<\/i> \u00e9 ETH 299 (US$ 1,3 milh\u00e3o). <\/p>

A ideia de usar NFTs como garantia j\u00e1 existe h\u00e1 algum tempo, mas ganhou impulso com o recente aumento nos pre\u00e7os de projetos NFT populares como CryptoPunks<\/i>, Art Blocks<\/i>, Bored Apes Yacht Club<\/i>e Autoglyphs<\/i>.<\/p>

Em outubro, um propriet\u00e1rio de NFT inadimplente em seu empr\u00e9stimo de 3.5 ETH foi garantido por uma Elevated Desconstructions<\/i> NFT, no valor de mais de US$ 340.000.
