Em outra grande venda de token não fungível (NFT) em andamento, a multinacional Sotheby’s <\/strong>com sede em Nova York está leiloando 107 Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) e 101 Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) NFTs desenvolvidos pela Yuga Labs<\/strong>. <\/p>

O leilão de tokens BAYC está definido para fechar em 9 de setembro, às 14h01 UTC, mas o preço oferecido para a coleção do Yacht Club já excedeu a estimativa inicial de entre US$ 12 milhões e US$ 18 milhões. Em 6 de setembro, às 10h UTC, o lance atual é de US$ 19 milhões, com um total de 44 lances feitos até a data. <\/p>

Para a coleção Kennel Club, para a qual os licitantes podem fazer ofertas até 9 de setembro, às 14h02 UTC, a estimativa entre US$ 1,5 milhão e US$ 2 milhões ainda não foi atingida. Um total de 36 propostas foram enviadas até 6 de setembro, às 10:00 UTC, com a maior oferta totalizando US$ 550.000.<\/p>

O carro-chefe da Yuga Labs, BAYC, é uma combinação de uma coleção de arte digital e uma comunidade online para a qual cada um dos 10.000 NFTs cunhados “funciona como uma associação a um clube no pântano para macacos”. <\/p>

Os NFTs foram colocados à venda por seu desenvolvedor em abril passado, ao preço de 0,08 ETH cada. Desde então, no entanto, o valor do BAYC aumentou substancialmente, conforme indicado pelos lances feitos no leilão da Sotheby’s em andamento.<\/p>

Semelhante a outras coleções NFT de tendência, BAYC foi impulsionado pela histórica <\/a>venda de março de 2021 pela casa de leilões britânica Christie’s <\/strong>na qual “EVERYDAYS: THE FIRST 5000 DAYS” do artista digital Beeple foi vendido por US$ 69,35 milhões. O leilão fez de Beeple um dos três artistas vivos mais valiosos e seu NFT a obra de arte digital mais cara já vendida. <\/p>
