O motivo se d\u00e1 pelo hist\u00f3rico mais aberto do CFTC ao desenvolvimento do mercado de ativos digitais.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto prop\u00f5e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova categoria jur\u00eddica chamada &#8216;commodities digitais&#8217;, que incluiria ativos amplamente negociados como Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), XRP e Dogecoin (DOGE).<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro destaque da proposta \u00e9 a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do selo de &#8216;sistema blockchain maduro&#8217;. Este poder\u00e1 ser atribu\u00eddo a redes descentralizadas, de c\u00f3digo aberto, cujo controle n\u00e3o esteja nas m\u00e3os de uma \u00fanica entidade. Especialmente se essa entidade n\u00e3o detiver mais de 20% da oferta de tokens.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em suma, o objetivo \u00e9 diferenciar redes leg\u00edtimas de projetos considerados arriscados ou fraudulentos.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SEC atualiza posicionamento sobre staking de criptoativos<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No mesmo dia da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de lei, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/newsroom\/speeches-statements\/statement-certain-protocol-staking-activities-052925\">SEC tamb\u00e9m divulgou<\/a> novas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre pr\u00e1ticas de staking.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O comunicado esclarece que n\u00e3o considerar\u00e3o formas de staking aut\u00f4nomo (self-staking), staking como servi\u00e7o (staking-as-a-service) e modelos com incentivos personalizados ou prote\u00e7\u00e3o de <em>slicing <\/em>como valores mobili\u00e1rios.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nova diretriz representa uma mudan\u00e7a consider\u00e1vel em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s interpreta\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores da SEC.
