Isso de acordo com a Consensys, desenvolvedora da Ethereum.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cA Divis\u00e3o de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o da SEC nos notificou que est\u00e1 encerrando sua investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o Ethereum 2.0\u201d, anunciou a Consensys em um post no X em 19 de junho.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIsso significa que a SEC n\u00e3o apresentar\u00e1 acusa\u00e7\u00f5es alegando que as vendas de ETH s\u00e3o transa\u00e7\u00f5es de valores mobili\u00e1rios.\u201d O desenvolvedor saudou a decis\u00e3o da SEC como uma grande vit\u00f3ria para todos os envolvidos no desenvolvimento, tecnologia e ind\u00fastria do <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/br\/criptomoedas\/previsao-de-preco-ethereum\/\">Ethereum<\/a>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pela SEC dos ETFs spot Ethereum no m\u00eas passado, a Consensys enviou uma carta \u00e0 SEC. Ela alegou que o regulador estava sendo excessivamente agressivo em suas tentativas de controlar o futuro da criptomoeda, especificamente ao planejar rotular o Ethereum como um t\u00edtulo.
