صرّح مايكل بوري، المستثمر الأسطوري، ومصدر الإلهام وراء فيلم “The Big Short” أن عمليات الدقيق المالي لمنصّة باينانس وغيرها من منصّات تداول الكريبتو والتقارير الناتجة عنها هي “بلا أي قيمة تُذكَر” طالما أن المدقّقين الماليين لا يعرفون كيف يتعاملون مع العملات الرقميّة ولا يفهمون أُسسها.<\/p>

وفقاً لبوري فقد واجه شخصياً المشكلة ذاتها في العام 2005 عندما شرع بالتعامل مع “نوع جديد من مقايضات العجز الائتماني”، حيث ذكر بوري أن مدققي الحسابات في ذلك الوقت “كانوا يتعلمون كيفية القيام بالعمل أثناء قيامهم به” وهو “ليس بالأمر الجيد”. <\/p>

“وينطبق ذلك على منصّات FTX وباينانس وغيرها، تقارير التدقيق المنشورة ليست ذات معنى ولا تحمل أي قيمة”؛ كتب بوري مؤخّراً على تويتر، فيما كان يشارك لقطة من الأخبار تقول أن شركة Mazars ستتوقف عن العمل مع شركات الكريبتو<\/u><\/a>. <\/p>

أسباب تدفع لتصديق بوري<\/h2><\/span>

فيما أثارت خطوة Mazars قلق البعض ودفعت آخرين لهجر عالم الكريبتو، فإن التسليم بوجهة نظر بوري هو أمر منطقي إذ إن مدققي الحسابات المالية فعليّاً لا يفهمون طريقة عمل الكريبتو بكل بساطة. وهذه الفكرة تتوافق مع قاله المدير التنفيذي لشركة باينانس تشانجبينغ زهاو<\/u><\/a> (CZ) في مقابلته<\/u><\/a> مع CNBC الأسبوع الماضي مشيراً إلى أن معظم المدققين الماليين غير مطّلعين بالشكل الكافي على العملات الرقميّة ببساطة. <\/p>

“العديد من شركات التدقيق المالي يتجنبون التعامل مع مشاريع الكريبتو”. <\/i><\/p>

وأضاف بأن الشركات التي يشار إليها بـ”الأربعة الكبار”، وهو تعبير يُستَخدَم عادةً للإشارة إلى شركات PwC  وDeloitte وEY وKPMG “لا يعرفون حتى كيفيّة القيام بتدقيق مالي منصّات العملات الرقمية”.    <\/p>

لهذه اللحظة، لم تعلق واحدة من هذه الشركات الأربعة الكبيرة على ملاحظات CZ، إلا أنه من المعروف أن شركة Deloitte هي المسؤولة عن تحضير البيان السنوي المدقق لمنصّة Coinbase. <\/p>

يُذكَر أن الفارق الرئيسي بين Coinbase وBinance هو أنّ الأولى تعد شركة مدرجة في البورصة بشكل رسمي ومرخصة قانونياً في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؛ فيما تعمل شركة باينانس كشركة خارجية (offshore) وتقدم خدماتها لشريحة أوسع من المستخدمين حول العالم. <\/p>
