ورد أن إطلاق شبكة TON التي طال انتظارها لإطلاق من شركة تلغرام <\/b>وإصدار العملة الرقمية غرام (Gram) معها سيؤجل لمدة “ستة أشهر إلى سنة”، وقد تم إعلام المستثمرين في المشروع بذلك.<\/p>

بحسب Forbes Russia، أخبر مستثمران مجهولان في المشروع الذي تبلغ قيمته 1.7 مليار دولار الوكالة الإعلامية أن تلغرام اعترفت بالفعل بأنها ستؤجل الإصدار “لمدة ستة أشهر على الأقل”.<\/p>

وكانت تلغرام تهدف إلى بدء التشغيل في 31 أكتوبر، لكنها فوجئت الأسبوع الماضي عندما أصدرت لجنة الأوراق المالية والبورصة التنظيمية الأمريكية<\/b> (SEC) أمرًا قضائيًا ضدها، قائلة إن العملى الرقمية غرام وبيعها الأولي في جولتين كان “غير قانوني”.<\/p>

كما تم استدعاء الشركة، التي يرأسها “مارك زوكربيرج الروسي” بافيل دوروف، من قبل اللجنة لجلسة استماع قانونية في 24 أكتوبر.<\/p>

ذكرت المصادر أن تلغرام تخطط الآن للامتناع عن تقديم المزيد من التعليقات إلى وسائل الإعلام أو المستثمرين حتى بعد الجلسة.<\/p>

وفقًا لـ Tass، التي تقول إنها تحدثت إلى خبير في العملات الرقمية على اتصال مع مجموعة من مستثمري TON، فقد يستمر التأخير لمدة تصل إلى عام.<\/p>

ذكرت إحدى مصادر فوربس أن “فريق دوروف واثق من أنه سيتمكن من حلّ جميع نزاعاته مع اللجنة” في غضون ستة أشهر أو أكثر قبل أن يتم إصدار العملة الرقمية.<\/p>

في الوقت نفسه، ادعت Tass،<\/p>

يدعي المحامون أن فريق دوروف يدرك أيضًا أنه يمكن أن يسعى إلى حل المشكلة عن طريق إعادة الاستثمارات إلى 39 من مستثمريه المقيمين في أمريكا، وبعد ذلك يمكنه المضي قدمًا في إطلاق العملة الرقمية بموافقة اللجنة أو بدونها.<\/p>
