أظهرت دراسة أن 20٪ من جيل الشباب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 21 و35 سنة في المملكة المتحدة يفضلون الاستثمار في البتكوين على الاستثمار في العقارات، وفقاً لـ Get Living<\/b>، وهي شركة رائدة في مجال إدارة امتلاك الشقق السكنية وتأجيرها، وذلك في تقريرها بعنوان Millennial Living in 2018.<\/p>

وبحسب التقرير فإن “موجة البتكوين أثارت العديدين من جيل الألفية، حيث يرى واحد من كل خمسة أفراد منهم أنها فرصة استثمار جذابة مقارنةً بالعقارات ذات الحركة البطيئة نسبياً”.<\/p>

وأجريت الدراسة إلكترونياً ما بين 28 مارس\/آذار وأبريل\/نيسان 2018، مع أكثر من 3000 شخص يعيشون في جميع أنحاء المملكة المتحدة. هذا يعني أنه ورغم هبوط قيمة عملة البتكوين في بداية العام، إلّا أننا سنشهد إقبالاً أكبر على الاستثمار فيها خلال عام 2018، وأنها تجذب الشباب أكثر من الاستثمار في العقارات التي تشهد ارتفاعاً متزايداً في الأسعار.<\/p>

وكانت أبرز النتائج المتعلقة بالبتكوين أن 27٪ من الشباب الذكور يفضلون الاستثمار بالبتكوين، في حين أن نسبة الشابات لم تُذكر.<\/p>

يمكننا القول إن قطاعيّ العملات الرقمية والعقارات ليسا منفصلان بشكل كامل، حيث أخذ قطاع الكريبتو الناشئ حيزاً في كل صناعة، فعلى سبيل المثال، شركة المشاريع العقارية Propy <\/b> تتاجر في العقارات باستخدام العملات الرقمية على منصة تعمل باستخدام البلوك تشين، وقامت مؤخراً بإضافة قصر روماني من عصر النهضة التاريخية<\/a> إلى قاعدة بياناتها.<\/p>

كذلك أظهر استطلاع أجرته إحدى الشركات المصرفية العملاقة –ING<\/b>– أنه من المتوقع أن يتضاعف الاهتمام بالعملات الرقمية، وأن أسعارها سترتفع، كما ورد<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
