يقول المدير التنفيذي لشركة Monex للسمسرة عبر الانترنت أنّه يرحب بالحديث عن قوانين العملات المشفرة، ويقول أنّ “الابتكار” كان السبب الرئيسي الّذي دفع شركته إلى شراء<\/a> البورصة اليابانية المستثمرة Coincheck<\/b>.<\/p>

وقد كانت Coincheck على وشك الإفلاس بعد تعرضها لاختراق كبير في كانون الثاني (يناير)<\/a> من هذا العام، ويأمل عدد من زبائن البورصة أن تتم مقاضاة الشركة بملايين الدولارات الأمريكية<\/p>

ومع سعي المنظم المالي الياباني إلى فرض قوانين أكثر صرامة على البورصات <\/a> – وأمل الحكومات في إقناع أعضاء المجموعة 20 لتقديم مقاييس حكومية دولية للعملات المشفرة- فإنّ البعض يتوقعون أن يواجه المستثمرون اليابانيون أوقاتاً عصيبة.<\/p>

على الرغم من ذلك، فإنّ Oki Matsumoto، أحد الشخصيات الهامة في تطوير تداول العقود الآجلة في اليابان في الثمانينيات من القرن الماضي، وقد رحّب في الحديث عن القوانين على أنّها “صحيّة”، ويقول أنّها ستقدم فرصة ابتكار لهذه الصناعة -كما كان الحال في الثمانينيات.<\/p>

وقد نقلت وسيلة الإعلام IT Media News عن Matsumoto، والّذي تحدث في مؤتمر التكنولوجيا في طوكيو في التاسع عشر من حزيران (يونيو) قوله “في الثمانينيات، كانت المشتقات المالية هي الشيء الكبير. وقد أرادت الكثير من الحكومات الأوروبية تنظيمه. لقد كان الناس مهتمون بتقديم نوع من القمار. وقد اجتمع جميع أصحاب المصالح حول العام مثل التجار والمحاميين والمحاسبين والمستثمرين والخبراء الأكاديميين من أجل مناقشة مقاييس التنظيم المحتملة [….] جامعين جميع هذه العقول المالية العظيمة من حول العالم ممّا أدّى إلى ايجاد هذا الابتكار الرائع.<\/p>

وقد تحمّس المدير التنفيذي والّذي كان يأمل بفتح أول فرع أمريكي لCoincheck<\/a>,نحو العملات المشفرة، والّتي بدأ اهتمامه بها في العام 2013. وقد صرّح ” إنّ العملات المشفرة عالمية ومتطورة. ولا يمكنني فهم أي أحد لا يريد المشاركة في عالم التشفير الآن، لإنّه أكثر الأشياء إثارةً من حولنا.”<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
