Bitcoin Price Holds Strong While Ethereum Dips, RVN Jumps
- Bitcoin price is holding gains above USD 22,000.
- Ethereum is consolidating near USD 1,700, XRP is struggling to clear USD 0.365.
- RVN rallied over 20%, and SOL is gaining bullish momentum.
Bitcoin price gained pace and settled above the USD 22,000 pivot level. BTC is currently (04:00 UTC) showing positive signs and eyeing more upsides. If there is a correction, the bulls might appear near USD 21,500.
Besides, most major altcoins are slowly moving lower. ETH declined a few points and struggled to stay above USD 1,700. XRP is consolidating above the USD 0.35 level. ADA declined below the USD 0.50 support.
Bitcoin price
After a clear move above the USD 21,500 level, bitcoin price settled above USD 22,000. BTC remained well bid and even attempted to surpass the USD 22,500 resistance zone. It failed and started trading in a range. On the downside, an initial support is near the USD 22,000 level. The next major support is near the USD 21,650 zone, below which the price could test USD 21,200.
On the upside, the price might struggle near USD 22,500. The next major resistance is now near the USD 23,200 level, above which the price could gain bullish momentum.
Ethereum price
Ethereum price started a downside correction after it failed to test the USD 1,800 level. ETH dipped below the USD 1,720 and USD 1,700 levels. On the downside, an initial support is now near the USD 1,680 level. The next major support is USD 1,650, below which price could revisit USD 1,600.
If the bulls protect USD 1,680, the price might start another increase above USD 1,720. The next major resistance is near USD 1,750, above which the price may perhaps test USD 1,800.
ADA, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and XRP price
Cardano (ADA) failed to clear the USD 0.52 resistance zone. It is correcting gains and trading below USD 0.50. If there are more losses, the price may perhaps test the USD 0.48 level.
BNB struggled to clear the USD 300 resistance zone. It is slowly moving lower and trading below USD 295. The first major support is near USD 288, below which it could test USD 280.
Solana (SOL) is accelerating higher above the USD 37 level. An immediate resistance is near the USD 38.50 level. If the bulls remain in action, the price may perhaps test the USD 40 resistance zone.
DOGE failed to settle above the USD 0.065 resistance. The price is now consolidating near the USD 0.0635 level. Any more losses might call for a test of the USD 0.0612 level.
XRP price is consolidating above the USD 0.35 level. It is facing a key hurdle near the USD 0.365 level, above which it could rise towards the USD 0.388 level.
Other altcoins market today
A few altcoins are in the green zone, including RVN, GLM, HBAR, GRT, MATIC, NEAR, AVAX, HNT, APE, and FTT. Out of these, RVN rallied over 20% and cleared the USD 0.065 level.
Overall, bitcoin price is showing positive signs above USD 22,000. If BTC surpasses USD 22,500, there could be a steady move towards the USD 23,200 level.
